Come and join us for a free 45 minute session involving some gentle, mindful yoga to suit all abilities in our very own underwater viewing gallery. Find moments of peace and quiet through simple yoga practice in front of the window looking into the River Severn. Your session will be guided by yoga instructor, Lucy Murray.
As part of our mission this summer to use the underwater viewing gallery more creatively, we are offering two taster sessions of mindful yoga. Please note, these classes are being trialled to see if they are something we could potentially offer at Diglis fish pass in the future.
Adults of all ages will be welcome.
Bring your own mat if you have one but some equipment will be available to borrow.
Wear clothes suitable for movement, leave shoes at the door. Bring layers to keep warm if it is cool.
Please turn off your mobile phone.
